How it works

From download to dashboard in one afternoon

  1. Install the signed package

    Run the Authenticode-signed installer on any Windows x64 server or workstation. It brings its own Node runtime and PostgreSQL 18, registers a Windows service and opens the web UI on localhost.

  2. Connect your meters

    Add each meter by IP address and unit ID, pick a register-map preset or define your own, and set the read interval. MeterSight only ever reads registers. It never writes to your equipment.

  3. See your power

    Dashboards fill immediately. Set your billing-cycle day and blended rate, invite users, schedule reports, and in Gold, build graphics and alarms for the whole site.

Does MeterSight need an internet connection?
No. MeterSight runs entirely on a Windows machine you control. Meter readings, reports, users and backups never leave your network. Internet access is only used, optionally, to activate a license online or to fetch a signed update. Fully offline activation with a signed license file is supported.
Which meters work with MeterSight?
Any device that exposes readings over Modbus TCP can be polled with a register map. MeterSight ships verified presets for Schneider PowerLogic PM8000 and ION9000, plus presets for PM5500, Socomec DIRIS A-200, MCM-16 and MCM-48, and Powerside PQube 3. Gold adds automatic COMTRADE waveform retrieval from PM8000 and ION9000. See supported meters.
How is MeterSight licensed?
Each package is a perpetual license tied to one server. You start with a free 7-day trial, then activate a full license online or with an offline signed license file. Full licenses never phone home.
What is the difference between Bronze, Silver and Gold?
